Why "allowable"? Well throughout history chairs have reflected the status of the person sitting on them. The size, decoration and sheer ornateness of the chair saying a lot about the person sitting in it. Indeed in classical times to the time of the pharaohs, the chair was reserved for the high and mighty, only kings, lords and bishops were allowed chairs at all, the rest of the populace had to do with sitting on chests, benches or stools.
In the past, a chair was just that - a place where you would rest your aching back. Designs were straightforward and simple and you would be foolish to expect anything more from chairs. These days, however, chairs have become art in themselves. Some pieces are so cleverly made that they look like objects of art but double up as comfortable chairs too.
Leather home theatre chair is another great choice. A theatre chair has cup holders on both sides. Top leather on the part your body comes into contact with. The back of these chairs has vinyl on the sides. This chair is over sized and heavy, but is a great chair for your favorite movies. The traditional wing back chair is still available. This chair is made with a tufted back with wedge feet. It has lots of padding that covers its hardwood frame. This chair easily reclines, even though it has decorative legs and you can not really tell it has a foot rest because it is tucked under.
